“Sheila continues to be an integral part of the Onboarding Team.  Her determination to continue learn is inspiring.  Her dedication to showing up everyday and working tirelessly from clock in to clock out time is unmatched by many of my previous temps.  Sheila continues to ask all the right questions, before she takes action, to ensure she is giving the correct information to our customers.  Sheila also collaborates well, with every member of our team and they all share a special camaraderie amongst them; whether I am part of the group gatherings or not.  Sheila continues to advocate for the team and isn’t afraid to take on additional tasks to assist her team in times of need (often when we are inundated with requests that require expedited processing).  Sheila is also a bright spot on this team, in that she brings a special energy to the group, keeping out ream engaged, but with with a light, charmful spirit about her, regardless of how “hard” the day may be going – she helps others see past the complaints and often says she does what she can to ensure our customers can just continue to move forward in process.”
We are so grateful to have such a talented and dependable employee on the PACE team and we can’t thank you enough for your hard work, Sheila!
