Meet Jazmyn Pullen!

Jazmyn Pullen

We can’t wait for you to meet Jazmyn Seipp, one of our newest additions to the PACE recruiting team. Now with close to 3 years of PACE experience under her belt, Jazmyn is getting the payoffs for hitting the ground running, which she sort of had to do when she joined this team of recruiting veterans. Fast forward to today, Jazmyn has definitely been exposed to a wide range of industries and job categories and has found new ways to find the hard to find. She loves that she’s already been able to see how her job makes a difference – for both employers and candidates.

“My favorite thing about recruiting is that I have the opportunity to positively impact others. Contributing to the success of others is fulfilling and makes my work more enjoyable.” Recruiting is more than just a job for Jazmyn; it’s about positively impacting lives and contributing to the success of others. Jazmyn’s goal is to provide the candidates she has recruited the best possible representation to our clients. She wants to earn the trust of both candidates and employers that they will always be in good hands.

Jazmyn’s boss says it well. “From the beginning, I called Jazmyn the “missing puzzle piece” for our tenured team. She is a tenacious recruiter and never gives up. That she was so able to quickly fit into our team of senior recruiters is a real testament to her expertise and maturity. She has proven herself to be focused and a strong team player always willing to jump in and support her fellow teammates!”

Jazmyn Pullen

Jazmyn is deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest. Growing up in the Greater Seattle area, her familial ties span continents, with relatives hailing from the Samoan Islands and the Congo. Her familial connections are rich; her grandparents met in Congo, where her mother was born. Jazmyn had the incredible opportunity to spend two years from 2006 to 2008 living in Congo, experiencing the life that her mom had growing up there, enjoying its family-centric culture and street cuisine. Despite returning to the States, Jazmyn would love to revisit Congo, where her grandfather lives. Meanwhile, her father’s Samoan heritage and integration into Hawaiian culture, has led to many visits to Honolulu, Hawaii. There definitely are benefits of being the product of the world.
