*67% of Hiring Managers Use Outsourced Recruiters!

According to a recent study of 1000 US hiring managers conducted in August by Indeed Flex, it was reported that more than two-thirds of hiring managers use staffing firms for a variety of staffing challenges.

Amongst the business reasons for this strategy include…

  • To recruit new staff, 44.5% 
  • To cover seasonal fluctuations in workload – 43.4% 
  • To fill in for a long term absence of a regular employee – 38.6% 
  • To access very specific skill sets they can’t find on their own – 32.6% 
  • To reduce fixed labor costs – 29.1% 

In addition to the 32.2% of employers who don’t use staffing firms at all, 53.4% said they used staffing firms occasionally to regularly, many forming partnerships with a staffing company who takes the time to get to know their business.
