We don’t just review resumes, spend 5 minutes with a candidate and refer them to our clients. We use a state of the art, multi-step candidate vetting process built around hiring fundamentals. We take candidate vetting to a new level – state of the art skill and aptitude assessments, AI technologies, and time-tested methods to uncover the candidates who will make a difference in your work environment.

Anytime you’re dealing with people, you can’t be 100%. But we have developed ways to get close!

Each client has a full team of recruiting professionals – not just one recruiter paid on commission!

Our services are priced to be affordable for all employers – particularly small to mid-sized employers who need us the most!

We’ve never thought that big ticket recruiting fees, calculated as a % of employee pay, made sense. They certainly didn’t make it easy for small to midsized employers to use agency services. We knew we could do better.

Our fees are customized to align with our costs of delivering the services you need – not the services you don’t. Our full cycle recruiting packages are flat fees with built in guarantees and generous payment terms. We also provide a way for employers who just need some “hiring help” to purchase services from a menu that includes services like resume reviews, reference checks, and specialized candidate assessments etc.
